A Legend Lives On Forever

Andy murió a sus 32 años de edad, dejando un gran vacío en familiares, seres queridos. Debió de haber sido una persona con un espíritu y una energía muy potente para causar lo que hoy en día es e inspira a muchas personas de todo el mundo. Momentos como esta ola en Waimea shorebreak  son los momentos que convirtieron a Andy en inmortal. #A.Iforever

"Wave of the Day", Shipsterns 2006

"Wave of the Day", "Wave of the Year" These are terms not used very lightly when thrown Laurie Towners way. In Fact "Biggest wave ever paddled into at Shipsterns" is still used when describing the wave he took off on in Febuary of 2006. With an all star cast including Joel Parkinson, Andy Irons and Dylan Longbottom, it was Laurie that took home the Gold on this trip, proving at the young age of 19, that this day was not a fluke, this was simply just one of the early signs of his young career that Greater things were to come. Enjoy !!

Fair Bits deleted scene

Esta es una pequeña sección de la película de Taj Burrow. Fair Bits producida en 2007 y que realmente les recomiendo es una clásica, con excelente nivel de surf y gran ingenio en cada uno de sus capítulos. Aquí participaron Ben Stiller, Donavon Frankenreite y el campeon Andy Irons que por su conducta agresiva tuvo que ser recortada y editada para la película. Esta es la versión completa.
