Are you familiar with fair use (AKA "journalistic") doctrine? Because as long as you cant show someone financially profiting from your identity, image etc or using it to intentionally, slight your reputation, technically it is legally arguable that the material is in fair usage (as it is not being utilised for any financial gain or to deliberately malign the IPO). You can argue all you like with people like this site and its manager(s) buylt at the end of the day there isnt a lit of legal leg to stand on if they arent profiting from or maligning you. Regardless, your resction comes off conceited and agressive yet also insecure (you do realise that a nonprofit fan page/site basically is free publicity for an IPO, talent etc? All your doing issuing such broad agressive takedowns is losing some of your audience goodwill and thys buzz and profit. So stop acting like a stuck up, overprotective snob and leave fans be, lest you actually hamper your career. People dont wanna work with talent who alienate their own fans
